Steve Jablonski

Steve received his Bachelor's of Architecture from Syracuse University and became a member of the American Institute of Architects in 1988. He has spent several years teaching as an adjunct faculty member at the Boston Architectural College (BAC) in Boston, MA and has continued to help shape the study and understanding of architecture through the integration of student interns within the office throughout the year. Half jokingly, Steve borrowed the concept phrase of John Wooden, Basketball Hall of Fame member and legendary basketball coach from UCLA, to develop the office motto: "be quick, but don't hurry". Such attitude has led the firm to continually produce high quality work and create an efficient, productive office environment.

Brian DeVriese

Brian received his Bachelor's of Architecture from the University of Detroit [Detroit, MI]. He is a registered architect and member of the AIA. Brian brings expertise to the firm with more than 28 years experience in commercial, residential, educational, and municipal facilities throughout New England. He has lived and practiced in Western Massachusetts for the past 20 years and is a member of the Town of Heath Board of Selectmen and past chair of the Conservation Commission.

Lara Pfadt

Project Architect AIA LEED AP

Lara received her Bachelor's of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University [Blacksburg, VA] with a minor in Urban Affairs and Planning. She is a registered architect, member of the AIA, and is a LEED accredited professional. Lara brings extensive knowledge of historical renovation and high-end custom residential projects to the JDA team.

Sarah Sopelak

Interior Designer LEED AP, Allied ASID

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Mount Ida College [Newton, MA]. She is a member of ASID [American Society of Interior Designers] and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Sarah is working towards becoming NCIDQ [National Council for Interior Design Qualification] certified, but in the mean time, she is very excited to be working with the JDA team.

Hari Prassanna Ceemalapati

Hari received her Master's degree in Design from the University of Massachusetts [Amherst, MA] and a Diploma in Interior Design from Exterior Interior Pvt. Ltd. [India]. She is currently an Intern Designer with the JDA team of Architects

Iris Gingras

Designer

Iris received her BS in HVAC/ Mechanical Engineering from Germany. She has been with the firm for over 15 years. Her primary responsibilities is drafting for the JDA Team.

Sam Dean

Office Manager

Sam received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from University of Wisconsin. She has been in marketing and office management for over 20 years. She is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency with the JDA Team.
